Stefan Vacek, Elena's uncle, heads a terrorist organization that tries to kill Elena and her son by Michael, Adam. When Elena and Adam disappear, Operations informs Michael that they have been taken care of--but are they alive or dead?

Mr. Jones wants Madeline cancelled, but she commits suicide by injesting cyanide. Nikita saves Michael's life, but she refuses to accompany him on his escape from the Section.
