After much debate, the community decides to burn it. Meanwhile, Dr. Brown's neighbor and friend Nina asks for his advice when a teacher suggests that her son, Sam (recurring guest star RYAN ARMSTRONG), take the therapeutic drug Ritalin. Dr. Brown accompanies Nina to the teacher's meeting and voices his opposition to the idea. But after volunteering to watch Sam for an afternoon, he experiences how unruly Sam really is. Also, Amy and the Harts celebrate Colin's homecoming from the hospital by hosting a party. Colin is overwhelmed and frustrated because he still does not remember most of the people there, including Amy, due to his formerly comatose state.
