Officer Schmid gets a call that Ryan is running amok around the hot dog cart, using his hands to get condiments for his hot dog.Nick is out to dinner with his girlfriend and his ex-girlfriend, when his ex's current boyfriend tries to pick a fight. Officer Ebenau is called to the scene and catches Nick and friends as they are driving away from the incident.

It's been a short time since Daniel got out of prison, and he's been trying his best to stay out of trouble. But when Officer Schmid catches Daniel's friend driving erratically, he may be headed back to jail. Christina and some friends drive down to the beach to smoke marijuana. Officer Crenshaw rolls up on their car and catches them in the act. He offers Christina the option of taking a citation for possession or calling her mom to come pick her up on Mother's Day, nonetheless.
