It's the final episode and Brody is pulling out all the stops. This time, Brody enlists the help of his beautiful mother, Linda Thompson, to put each of the guys through a lie detector test to see who's been keeping it real. One of the three guys is sent packing while the final two fly off with Brody via private jet to visit their respective hometowns. Brody meets their families and friends and discovers the truth about these guys. In the ultimate reality elimination...two limos drive each of the two contestants into downtown. One of the guys arrives at a party where Brody turns over the keys to his new apartment. The other guy arrives in an abandoned garage to watch the party via a closed circuit TV. It's the exciting and shocking conclusion of Bromance.

With only four guys remaining the competition is heating up and Brody decides to find out who can be true to themselves in the face of the Hollywood scene. Brody creates a giant fake scenario for the guys, pretending to throw a launch party for his new line of designer jeans. Things get too close for comfort when guys are asked to stuff themselves into obscenely snug pairs of Brody Jenner Jeans at a red carpet event. Things get even steamier when the contestants have to hold their own against two sexed-up Playboy Playmates. Later, the field of bros is narrowed once again when one of them is thrown out with the trash in a sushi restaurant.

The guys decide to head out of town and go camping. But first, they stop off at a biker bar where each of them must test their mettle against a humongous biker in the parking lot. Whoever lasts the longest in the ring without getting thrown out, wins. That night, the winner of the fight gets a catered dinner at the campsite, while the others struggle to cook their fish dinner from scratch. That night, Brody plans a special wake-up call for the guys by placing a live alligator in their tent. The next morning, things get personal when the guys gather for group therapy with Brody and "Dr. Hug-it-Out". Having survived the wilderness, the guys return home to a super-sexy bathtub elimination on the roof of Brody's high rise. All but one of the guys gets cleaned in the tub by a bikini- clad beauty in the bubbles.

Brody asks each of the guys to plan a group activity that will showcase their personality and creativity. Events vary from mini-golf to stand-up comedy to real tattoos. Afterward, Brody invites his Hills pal Lauren Conrad to get to know the guys by playing a Bromance version of The Dating Game. Lauren plays the "bachelorette" asking the guys probing questions to see how they act with girls. Lauren picks the guy she likes the best for a little one-on-one time on the deck. Later that night, the guys face another elimination. This one comes at a surprise dinner, where the loser is "killed off" by a Mexican firing squad.

The guys' sense of fun and sportsmanship is put to the test when they compete in a Broathlon comprised of three crazy events: the Downhill Slalom, a Raft Race where the rafts are made entirely of life-sized blow-up dolls, and finally, the Girl's Bike Barrel Jump. After the competition, things get personal when each of the guys gets to spend some one-on-one time with Brody in a candlelit "date" that spoofs The Bachelor. The conversations get surprisingly real, as Brody learns that the guys are competing for deeper reasons than he originally thought. The next day, a leisurely Pacific cruise on a 50 foot yacht turns ugly when an elimination is held on deck - resulting in one of the guys being abandoned at sea in a dinghy.

Nine contestants are ripped from their beds in the middle of the night and hauled off to meet Brody Jenner at the frat house that they will now call home (or their "bro-mansion"). Naked or in their underwear, the guys introduce themselves to Brody. He gives them their first challenge to test who's got game. Their mission: find two beautiful women to bring as dates to a lingerie party in Hollywood that night. The guy with the two hottest dates will win some valuable one-on-one party time with Brody. Show up empty handed and you'll have to clean up after the party. The next night, Brody announces that the winner of Bromance wins his posh downtown penthouse suite. Then Brody drops a bomb: one of the guys is going home in a hot tub elimination ceremony that very night.
