Sent to jail for a crime he didn't commit, Alex must now fight to win his parole. From behind jail cell bars Alex must look on at the middle-class life he left behind and his brother Tony who now has everything Alex does not. Visits from his parents, his childhood sweetheart, and the prison psychiatrist begin to rebuild Alex with time. Each visit further teaches Alex to face the demons within him in order to grow and love the world around him, but more importantly, love himself.
