It's not really a remake of the 1949 film noir classic, but this sharp, offbeat love story from Tamra Davis is similarly about two disaffected lovers whose involvement with firearms and each other get them into quite a bit of trouble. Drew Barrymore stars as a put-upon high school girl who shoots and kills her mother's lecherous boyfriend (Warhol superstar Joe Dallesandro).
