This week, TNT's Raising the Bar presents its first realistic and captivating case of its second season.

When a father is arrested after an innocent photo he posted of his son in the bathtub finds its way onto a child pornography site, Jerry must fight to prove to the jury that this man had no intent of exploiting his own child. The episode is timely on how it presents the pitfalls of sharing family photos online — and right after the opening credits, this powerful episode takes off and hits the ground running!

The Closer Episode Recap: "Walking Back the Cat"

This week on TNT's The Closer, Fritz "distracted" Brenda from thoughts of Kitty by luring her into helping out on an FBI case. Provenza, meanwhile, had a big surprise for the squad room. On with the recap!

As Brenda cooks up a storm (things are slow at the MCD), Fritz comes home... with Kitty's ashes. "I see dead bodies all the time," Brenda says as she moves past Fritz to get a look. But upon doing so, she is crushed: "Ohhhh! These are not ashes, they're chunks!" And they're labeled "Kitty Howard" at that. Brenda wants to spread the ashes somewhere important to Kitty. "Where?" Fritz asks. "She was never allowed to go outside."

Fritz asks Brenda for a "favor" — even though it might run afoul of their pledge to separate work and home. Seems the FBI is looking for a guy named Austin Blair. Brenda agrees ...

This week, Jerry faces further conflict with Judge Farnsworth after the new judge punishes Jerry's client for Jerry's own tardiness. However, Jerry becomes determined to have the last word by making Farnsworth the victim of his own by-the-book procedures. Meanwhile, Roz and Richard team up to defend a young African-American man accused of committing a hate crime against a gay man, which causes some hype in the community.

This week on TNT's The Closer, as Gabriel came under fire after a questionable shooting, Brenda went toe-to-toe with an internal affairs toughie. Also: Kitty's fate was revealed. On with the recap!

Gabriel meets with Taylor at a bar. Seems that the commander was asked to play messenger and get a letter to the MIA Daniels. Irene, however, would have none of it, and sent the missive back untouched. "There are some things an apology just can't change," Taylor tries to explain. "She's moved on, and so should you." Hmm.

Gabriel starts to open up about how he has felt removed from the MCD gang ever since he bucked for the promotion Daniels got when BANG! Shots outside. Gabriel rushes out, gun waving. There's a body on the ground. In the dark, he sees someone fleeing. Gabriel fires multiple times ...

In this week's episode, the pressure rises as the guys try to stay in the competition until next week, when Jillian will visit the remaining bachelors' hometowns.

Hello, and welcome back to our recap. With me as always is my beautiful and brilliant fiancée, who this week predicted not only what bachelors would get roses, but did so in the correct order. She also saw this Jon and Kate thing back in 2005.

The episode begins with Jillian taking the guys on a train trip across Canada. They pass snowcapped mountains, lush trees, and reflecting lakes. Wes, the country singer from Austin, Texas, asks if one of the bodies of water is a lake or an ocean. Yeah, dude. It's the Canadian Ocean. We know Austin is landlocked, but come on. It has a very lovely lake.

Tension builds amongst the remaining designers as they break into pairs and create a design to fit into Isaac's upcoming collection. Plus, Becki Newton surprises the designers as the guest judge for the Harper's Bazaar challenge where they have to turn a "walk of shame" outfit into a work-appropriate look.

And then there were 16. As you know, I was a bit underwhelmed by this week's performance—and I know a lot of you were as well. I'm still sad to see good dancers sent home and this week I'm a little heartbroken by who has to say goodbye. Who will it be? Let's find out.
So You Think You Can Dance: Episode Recap: Top 18 Perform

It's the second week of the competition and who do I want to see perform? I'm surprised to say everyone. Even if I was somewhat underwhelmed last week by some of the couples (and that's only because there was so much great dancing) I want to see what the dancers can do with what they're given this week. I'm very excited to have both Shane Sparks and Brian Friedman back this year. Let's see what they can add to the program.

This week, Jerry and Michelle go before a new judge who is seemingly a public defender's worst nightmare. Meanwhile, Richard defends a set of elderly twins accused of forging a signature on their dead roommate's welfare check, and Marcus closes in on a date with the borough president's chief of staff — who just so happens to be a juror on a case Marcus lost last week.

On with the recap!

Allan Summers, a real estate tycoon who ran afoul of employees, investors and the government, has gone missing. He last was seen being picked up at LAX by a car service — and the driver, Mario Gomez, is MIA, too. Summers' wife and son claim ...
This is Mickey O'Connor (blood type: O+). We heard your fervent cries for more True Blood coverage (sickos, all of you), so I'm going to be recapping each and every episode of Alan Ball's phantasma-gory, Southern-fried extravaganza for you this summer.

Full disclosure up front: I am not a Goth, nor have I ever been (save a few Cure albums from the '80s). I am also not what you'd call a fan of the vampire genre. I thought Buffy was aight, but Sarah Michelle Gellar's acting makes my teeth itch, so I was not a regular viewer. Ditto Blade, Moonlight, Angel, Underworld, and the novels of Anne Rice, Stephenie Meyer and Charlaine Harris -- on which this show is based. So I apologize in advance if I miss some of the vamp fundamentals along the way. Please feel free to school me in the comments section.

In the second-season premiere of True Blood, we pick up right where we left off, in the parking lot of Merlotte's where there's a dead body with painted toenails in Andy's car. We find out who it is, and what that discovery means for Lafayette's future on the show. Bill and Sookie squabble like old marrieds, except now they can also squabble with their surrogate teen daughter, Jessica. We learn how Sam and Maryann know each other, and why the heck Jason is joining an anti-vampire church. Read on to see how it all unfolded...

As TNT's The Closer kicked off its fifth season, Brenda tackled a quadruple homicide, butted heads with an FBI agent, and came to a sad realization about an ailing loved one. Oh, and in a delicious piece of irony, chocolate helped save the day! On with the recap...

Four dead bodies are found in a home — a mom, her two kids and their grandmother. Shot execution-style. The last person seen leaving the house was the husband/father, and the timing fits with the time of death. Plus, he and the wife had a bit of a domestic squabble a short while back. Flynn likes the guy, Victor, as a suspect. Perhaps too much.

With newspaperman/sometime thorn-in-side Ricardo Ramos looking on (thanks, Pope!), Brenda grills Victor about his alibi for that morning. He says his wife and kids can vouch for him. When Brenda brings up the past abuse charge, Victor is ...
