The kidnappers demand more than $3 million in ransom money to be delivered in one hour or they will kill the boy. The investigation reveals the boy's father is the target in three separate police investigations involving drugs, organized crime and gangs. Meanwhile, Don talks to a psychologist about his work and team members.
