The Strip is a character-driven comedy dissecting the lives of five employees of a low-end electronics chain, Electri-City. The ensemble of colorful, yet grounded, characters takes us deeper into the monotonous world of working at a strip mall. Bound by the constraints of suburban life and a mile of strip mall, they, like everybody else, dream of something more. Glenn worked his way to manager by the age of 33 and in turn takes his job a little too seriously. He motivates his disinterested employees with childish team building exercises, content with his life until he becomes intoxicated with the new manager of Sheila s Fabric. Torn between his urges and his stagnant relationship with his wife, Glenn s life quickly starts to unravel. When John takes his San Francisco friends to his deceased uncle's remote ranch to hunt wild pigs, it seems like a typical guys weekend with guns. But as John and his crew trek deeper into the forest, they begin tracking the awful truth about his uncle's demise and the legend of The Ripper -- a murderous three-thousand-pound black boar. Their pursuit leads them through fields of marijuana and into the muddy landscape of Big Wallow, where a group of throat-slitting cult girls grow dope by day and worship a giant killer pig by night.
