Before that happens, Earl tries his best to grant Hank's wish of having his grandma, hometown newspaper and favorite donuts brought to him in jail. Meanwhile, after Joy calls him a mooch, Randy decides that it's time for him to hold down a job.

The crime unnerves Calleigh and makes her feel responsible for the man's death. Without the witness, Horatio works to prove his case using other evidence.

After being apprehended again, Neal suggests a partnership with Peter in which he'll help the agent solve white-collar crimes, an arrangement that keeps Neal out of jail and provides the premise for the series. Tiffani Thiessen and Willie Garson also star.
