Kris and Kelly enter the race and have to literally chase their suspects. Charlie's computer provides information that a kidnap is in the planning...suddenly they realize that the daughter of a wealthy Arab is running and seems a likely victim. The puzzle falls into place and they discover that Sylvia and Sally have been kidnapped so the culprits could enter their cohorts in the race. The Craft sisters are revealed as the imposters and they and the kidnappers are apprehended and hauled off to jail.
