Another Star Chef brings to the table Asian infused creations, using the fresh ingredients to create his Pok? of Tuna, Cayucos Abalone, and Heritage Pork with Prune Sauce. The wines were also impressive. We tasted wine provided by Hall Winery and Benessere Vineyards. There were also many surprises along this journey! What a way to start off a trip to Napa Valley!
