Sarah Michelle Gellar is ready to slay TV viewers again.The erstwhile vampire slayer is set to return to the small screen — no, not as Buffy — in a new HBO series, Variety reports.The Wonderful Maladys, developed by Charles Randolph for the actress, will focus on a trio of dysfunctional siblings still reeling from the loss of their parents at an early age.Gellar's character is described as having "a kind of zealous immaturity — like a drug addict with a to-do list." The duo will also serve as executive producers on the half-hour series, to be shot single-camera style. Filming will begin in early 2009.Are you excited for SMG's TV return?
