Renegade cop and bounty hunter Reno Raines is searching for Hound Adams (GEOFFREY BLAKE), a fugitive criminal. Hound has a tape recording that proves Reno innocent of murdering a fellow police officer. Hound is eluding Reno, refusing to give him the tape until Reno kills Lieutenant Donald "Dutch" Dixon (STEPHEN J. CANNELL).
