Nick investigates and discovers that the dead woman was an accountant for Kelly Gordon's father, the man who abducted Nick.

Jason Calhoun (BRANDON HOOPER), a Southern California surfer, and his friends --Terry (MICHAEL COVERT), Mick (RANDY O'CONNELL) and Frankie (LINCOLN SIMONDS) -- attack a Latino drug cartel and rob them of $200,000. Returning to their oceanside rendezvous, the surfers divide the money among themselves. Despite her protests, Jason forces his younger sister, Kat (REBECCA STAAB), to take some of the money. This is not the first time Jason robbed the cartel, and Kat disapproves of her brother's behavior, as well as that of her boyfriend, Terry.
