Back at the hospital, Celia must cope with the responsibility of caring for an invalid husband, while Doug and Andy sample Dean?s morphine drip. Doug leverages his knowledge to retake his seat on the council. Celia is none too happy about these developments, but is intrigued by the mysterious and charming Sullivan. At the new grow warehouse, Conrad is in his element, building the operation and educating Heylia on the science behind it. Heylia is more concerned with their front business, Aguatecture. Meanwhile, when his battle buddy, Rodriguez, is killed, Andy goes AWOL in panic. Nancy is able to dodge the DEA's questions about Peter for the time being, but she can't dodge U-Turn. When Silas explains the business opportunities in his community service, Nancy struggles to keep him at a distance.
