Nov 13 - Sir Ian McKellen ventures into television with "The Prisoner," a science fiction TV show based on the cult classic 1960s series of the same name. McKellen has played all the great stage roles, from Hamlet to Richard III, and Gandolf in the Lord of the Ring's film series. But now he's found a new medium to display his acting skills: cable TV.
