When a professor at Henry Clay High School, Mr. Antonni, is shot by one of his students, Fuller replaces him as substitute teacher and Hoffs goes undercover as his student. As Hoff muscles in on Derek, one of the "tough students, Fuller works on the faculty. Meanwhile, Hanson learns from his mother that she is moving in with her new boyfriend, Bob Swope.Back at HCHS, Fuller's car is vandalized by the students and he learns that most of the faculty carry weapons to protect themselves. As Hoffs arrests Cosmo for selling her a gus Hanson moves his mother out after two days with Bob.Fuller and Hoffs seem to have turned HCHS into a safe place until a crazed Antonini comes to seek revenge. When members of the faculty come to aid Antonini, Fuller arrests them and subdues Antonini.
