Big-time crime invades a sleepy California community in this drama. As Wade swings into action to put the drug ring behind bars, he discovers a multiple murderer is also on the loose, leaving behind a trail of bodies without rhyme or reason. Highway 395 was the first feature film directed by actor Fred Dryer, best known for his starring role in the television series Hunter.
