When a tourist is found dead in Central Park with the word "guilty" written across her forehead, Detectives Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay) and Elliot Stabler (Christopher Meloni) recover photos from the victim's camera. With the help of crime scene unit technician Dale Stuckey (Guest Star Noel Fisher), they discover that former artist Peter Harrison (Guest Star Nick Stahl) was at the park during the crime. After arresting Harrison for questioning, the detectives leave Detectives John Munch (Richard Belzer) and Fin Tutuola (Ice-T) to keep Harrison under close surveillance. But when Harrison suddenly escapes, Detective Munch must turn to his ex-wife Gwen (Guest Star Carol Kane) for help. Also starring: Dann Florek (Captain Donald Cragen), Michaela McManus (A.D.A Kim Greylek), Stephanie March (ADA Alexandra Cabot), Tamara Tunie (Dr. Melinda Warner), and B.D. Wong (Dr. George Huang).

Hollywood filmmaker Donald Petrie directs the comedy Welcome to Mooseport. Gene Hackman stars as former U.S. President Monroe "The Eagle" Cole. He's retired to the small New England town of Mooseport, ME, in order to write his memoirs and relax. The retirement is put on hold, however, when he's persuaded to run for mayor of the town. Meanwhile, local hardware store owner and plumber Handy Harrison (Ray Romano) is just the sort of plaid-shirted everyman to run against him. Cole seems a sure win in the race, especially with his loyal personal assistants (Marcia Gay Harden and Fred Savage) aiding his every move. The competition gets even more severe when Handy's sweetheart Sally (Maura Tierney) comes between the two men.
