The trailer for The Tenant. Dr. Walter Newman has a vision to find a way, through DNA experiments, to put an end to human deformities. When seventeen-year-old Edie Flynn is raped and beaten to death, Rita goes undercover at exclusive Bayshore High School and, with Chris on loan to an undercover narcotics investigation, insists that Captain Lipschitz be her partner. As popular student Tommy Brophy swears his friends to silence about his role in Edie's death, teacher Sandra Thomas tells Rita and the Captain that Brophy and friends Harley Eastlake and Baldwin Newman belong to the secretive Head In' Tail Club. When Rita finds Tiffany Cole arguing with Luana Baskin and asks that they stay after class, unaware that Luana is listening at the door, Tiffany tells of seeing Tommy with Edie at the beach as she admits to her own rape by Eastlake. Then, while tricked into also admitting that Brophy was with Edie, Luana swears he had nothing to do with her murder.
