She is currently a Board Member of the Guang Ping Yang Tai Chi Chuan Association. In this presentation, Lucy Bartimole gives a basic introduction to the art of Tai Chi. What exactly is Tai Chi? Is it a dance, a meditation or some form of eastern religious presentation? Actually Tai Chi is a martial art. Lucy explains that there are many forms of Tai Chi and some are directed towards holistic health and for people with diabetes and arthritis. She also explains the different components of this art such as the importance of breathing. Lucy then gives a demonstration of G&lt;/p&gt;</description>
