The job's a cinch - Finisham Maternity Hospital has a giant stock of birth pills and all Sid and his gang, Cyril, Ernie and Freddy, have to do is steal them to make a fortune selling the haul.But first one of them has to get into the place and steal the hospital plans. Surgeon Frederick Carver (Kenneth Williams) is a highly credited medical doctor at Long Hampton Hospital. He has his eyes set on a wealthy female patient to donate him enough money to set up his own private practice. In casualty at that seat of medical science, Dr. James Nookey, is delighted to find that an incoming stretcher case is no less than Miss Goldie Locks (Barbara Windsor). After causing havoc, Carver is angry and sends him to a clinic on a remote island. At the island, Nookey is surrounded by overweight woman. Still smitten with Ms. Locks, dislikes his females fat and when Scrubba suddenly slims as fast as a thawing snowball by swallowing a weird witch doctor's potion, Scrubba knows he has found a winner and shoot off to market to make his fortune. This produces much irritation to Carver and others who will not let him succeed without of fight!
