Shwayze has a cash flow problem and it gets worse after Warren gets his car booted and impounded. Shwayze is now without a car and has no money to get his back from the tow lot. There is a ray of hope, however, when Cisco and Shwayze appear in a Pontiac commercial. They even talk their way into getting Warren in the TV spot! Shwayze asks Jordan for an advance, but the experienced manager has his own request the finished album. No record, no money.

Shwayze is excited to have just landed a big record deal. He's starting to experience his first taste of the rollercoaster ride to the top. On the set of their first big-budget music video, Shwayze, Cisco and Warren get a visit from the head of their label, Jordan Schur. He tells them about several key gigs at the Superbowl in Phoenix, including a performance following Snoop Dogg and a chance at a big Pontiac sponsorship.
