Ted Bronson (MITCHELL RYAN), a San Francisco entrepreneur, offers a $1 million reward to the country's best bounty hunters, including Bobby Sixkiller, Cheyenne Phillips, and their partner, renegade cop Reno Raines, to find Rikki Yeager (ELIZABETH GRACEN), an executive who stole an experimental microprocessor. As the hunters outmaneuver each other competing for the bounty, Reno captures Rikki in the Mexican desert after she escapes from a bottle factory. Reno arranges to deliver Rikki to Bronson's security chief, Timothy Macy (LARRY MANETTI), at a small Mexican airport. However, to earn part of the bounty for himself, Macy secretly partners with Mitch Randolph (JAIME CARDRICHE), one of the other hunters, and tells him to ambush Reno at the airport and retrieve Rikki. When Chuck Woodley (LINDSEY GINTER), a psychotic bounty hunter, learns of this plot, he murders Randolph and hurries to the airport, reluctantly accompanied by Randolph's other partner, Scott Sain (ROBERT LaSARDO).

Rikki Yeager (ELIZABETH GRACEN), an executive for San Francisco-based Bronson Technology, steals an experimental computer microprocessor, changes her appearance and flees south. Wealthy entrepreneur Ted Bronson (MITCHELL RYAN) sends his security chief, Timothy Macy (LARRY MANETTI), across the country to invite the best bounty hunters in the business to a meeting at a San Francisco hotel. Chuck Woodley (LINDSEY GINTER), Nick Palladino (FRANK ANNESE), Mitch Randolph (JAIME CARDRICHE), Scott Sain, Nathan Wayne (L.Q. JONES), Bobby Sixkiller and his partner, renegade cop Reno Raines, arrive at the hotel and are offered $1 million from Bronson to find Rikki and return the microprocessor.
