Sundance Film Festival is known as much for its gifting suites as it is for its independent films. Young Hollywood takes you to the Fred Segal suite, where we go shopping with the stars for some very cool swag. Joey Tierney, a celebrity stylist and fashion designer, is there to assist the celebrities in their quest for free merchandise. While in the suite, we run into Lawrence Bender, producer of "An Inconvenient Truth," who shows off his new Supra sneakers. Bones' David Boreanaz was also there, preparing for the cold weather and shopping for jackets from Spider. Actor, Kerr Smith, talks to us about his love for snow sports, and Shawn Roberts from "Diary of the Dead" tells us about watching 50 Cent and Akon perform. Representatives from Love from Australia and J & Company told us about their celebrity clients, which include Sienna Miller, Jessica Alba, Fergie and Eva Longoria. Plot here has Confederate veteran Jeff Waring (John Ireland) arriving in Independence, Missouri shortly after the Civil War, and intending never again to use a gun. He finds that rancher Artemus Taylor, an arthritic despot, and his henchies, Sam Tobin (Lawrence Tierney) and Cree (Jack Elam), are forcing out the settlers in order to claim their land for the incoming railroad. The plot nearly predates "The Great Train Robbery" in age but the gritty execution and well-acted performances take it out of the norm...way out, in a couple of instances. Brassy Myrna Dell is on hand as Taylor's independent daughter, only slightly less meaner than her father, and the always welcome Dorothy Malone is the pretty school marm on the side of good. Needless to say, Ireland's passive outlook on life changes before the end.

After a simple jewelery heist goes terribly wrong, the surviving criminals begin to suspect that one of them is a police informant. The movie opens with six men dressed in dark suits (Mr. Blonde, Mr. Blue, Mr. Brown, Mr. Orange, Mr. Pink and Mr. White) eating breakfast at a diner, accompanied by Joe Cabot (Lawrence Tierney) and his son, "Nice Guy" Eddie (Chris Penn). Mr. Brown (Quentin Tarantino) discusses his comparative analysis of Madonna's "Like a Virgin" and "True Blue" while the rest listen. When they are going to leave the diner, Mr. Pink (Steve Buscemi) expresses his anti-tipping policy. Everyone disagrees with him, but Mr. Orange (Tim Roth). Then they leave the diner accompanied by "Little Green Bag" by George Baker Selection.
