A beautiful girl and a Russian professor who plans to defect to the West combine to provide the Saint with action- racked adventure in Switzerland.Geneva is host to more international organisations than any city in the world, and when Simon Templar, the Saint (ROGER MOORE), arrives there, an International Disarmaments Conference is taking place. Russian representatives are present, among them Professor Karel Jorovitch (JOSEPH FURST), Finnish-born Russian professor of physics, who sees this as an opportunity to defect to the West.His plan is suspected by Jovanka Milanov (YOOTHA JOYCE), red-headed, tough-as-steel local head of the Russian Security Police.
