Just when BFFs Gabby (Daniella Monet, Nancy Drew) and Devon (Alona Tal, TV's "Veronica Mars") have a chance to get the hottest band to perform a free concert at Highland High, their plan goes up in smoke... literally. Desperate not to be labeled losers for life they resort to plan B: kidnap the band! Now it's limos, laughs and a shot at love with 5 Leo Rise (played by hot boy band, The Click Five). But when the girls discover a secret about the band things hit a sour note. Will 5 Leo Rise to the occasion and play at their homecoming or will Gabby and Devon be stuck in social Siberia forever?

Described as a superhero-type origin film set in a horror film universe, Jeremy London ("Party of Five", Basilisk: The Serpent King) stars as the heroic werewolf who will have to save the world from ...( read more read more... )a Nazi vampire cult leader played by a sword-wielding Mark Dacascos (Brotherhood of the Wolf, Drive) and his vampish cohort, Yancy Butler ("Witchblade", Hard Target). Rounding out the cast are Christy Carlson Romano (the voice of TV's "Kim Possible") as - I'm assuming - the hero's love interest and underrated former Asylum movie regular Rhett Giles as the one and only Van Helsing. Griff Furst (I Am Omega, 100 Million BC) directs. Leigh Scott and Ken Badish (Mansquito) produce.
